Today our school practiced a lock down. I was in science, we were just about to do a really cool experiment when they told us it was a lock down. As soon as the words 'lock down' were said the class was filled with screams as if it was a real lock down. We all had to then sit under the desks, really I don't think a desk is going to stop a psychopathic murder from killing you. After sitting underneath the desks for 10 minutes, the year 11's who were in the room next door, thought it would be funny to rattle the door handle between our classroom and theirs, and much to their delight. A few of the girls in my class screamed. I was glad when it was over, but I still wish they had run the practice during my Italian assessment, which is tomorrow.
